Yes, you can come in during retail sale hours to purchase individual items if you are unable to purchase a quarter/half/whole beef at this time.
If we order a whole/half/quarter will our order be cut the way we want it to be?
Yes, though some cuts may not be available, we will ask you a list of questions and process your order to best suit your needs.
